Josh Hawley (R-MO) sent a letter to Dr. Oz, questioning him about his past support for transgender issues, particularly a pro-transgender episode of The Dr. Oz Show that aired a decade ago.

One episode of The Dr. Oz Show featured Jazz Jennings, a transgender reality TV personality and author. During the episode, Dr. Oz praised Jennings' mother for her support, stating, “I love the support you’ve given your daughter. It’s wonderful.
