In all its glitter and glam, *RuPaul's Drag Race* has seen some queens reach incredible heights, but snag four maxi-challenge wins in one season? That's a rare gem right there. With 17 seasons and 228 queens strutting their stuff, it's no small feat. Season 17 just saw Onya Nurvé join this elite club, proving she's a force not be reckoned with.
Winning even once on *Drag Race*? Impressive. Many queens leave without a single win. Bag two wins, and you've done something special. But four? That's iconic. Every queen who hits this mark leaves a permanent glitter trail in Drag Race history. Sure, Sharon Needles from season four made this list, but we're focusing on others this time.
She hit four wins in season nine, setting a new bar since season four. Even though she didn't snatch that crown, losing out in an unforgettable finale face-off against Sasha Velour, her performances in "Good Morning B*tches," "Kardashian Rusical," "My Pilot's on Fire," and "Gayest Ball Ever" are legendary. Fans loved her then, and she later claimed victory in *All Stars 5*.
In season twelve, Gigi Goode showed us how it's done with her four wins. She wowed in "Ball Ball," rocked "Snatch Game" as Maria The Robot, owned "Madonna: The Unauthorized Rusical," and brought it in "Viva Drag Vegas." Although Jaida Essence Hall, with three wins, took home that crown, Gigi's creativity and strategic flair left a lasting mark on fans.
Symone, or "the ebony enchantress," doesn't just win; she dominates. She not only racked up four challenge wins, but also took home her season's crown. Challenges like "Condragulations," "RuPaulmark Channel," "Pop! Goes The Queens," and her makeover challenge with Utica showcased her style and grace, proving she was born a star even when she found herself in tough spots, landing in bottom two twice.
Sasha Colby was a force in season fifteen, winning both her season and four notable challenges. From "All Queens Go To Heaven,” "The Crystal Ball," "50/50's Most Gagworthy Stars," and closing with "Blame It On The Edit" in that finale music video, Sasha's presence lit up every room, sealing her as a Drag Race legend.
Season sixteen was a rollercoaster, especially with Plane Jane. Dubbed her season's villain, Jane won hearts (and challenges) with performances in "Burger Finger" Talent Show, "Snatch Game," "Bathroom Hunties," and Makeovers. Love her or not, Jane's charisma on stage was undeniable.
Also from season sixteen, Sappira Cristál made waves with her four wins. She owned challenges like her premiere Talent Show, "Power" performance, "Corporate Queens" monologue, and a shared win in "Bathroom Hunties." Her fierce drive and amazing performances earned her a solid runner-up spot.
Now, season seventeen's Onya Nurvé has thrown her hat in this prestigious ring. She dazzled with wins in "B*tch, I'm a Drag Queen!" performance, Snatch Game, "Ross Matthews vs. The Ducks," and "The C*NT Monologues." With two more episodes yet, could she snag a record-breaking fifth win? Definitely one queen we're all watching.
Remember, *RuPaul's Drag Race* tunes in every Friday, keeping us hooked with new surprises. These queens who've reigned with four wins? They're proof that creativity, resilience, and sheer talent are what *Drag Race* legends are made from.
