His family broke this heart-wrenching news, honoring his “kindness, big smile, and playful personality” in their touching obituary. To those close, he was simply "Doug," a soul who radiated warmth and had a knack like no other when it came spreading joy. Born on February 2, 1998, in Ogden, Utah, Rhett was celebrated by all who knew him. He had a “tremendous ability” - accepting everyone just as they were.
