Max stands firmly behind Minus18, an organization with a mission: improve young LGBTQ+ lives through education and advocacy. "If I'd learned at school that being gay meant you could live a happy, healthy life," Max reflected, "maybe something as dark as that wouldn't have been needed push me be myself."
