Rogers explained, "Anything that happens on the Las Culturistas Culture Awards red carpet — or purple carpet, as it were — is unserious. You cannot make it serious," he stated emphatically. Rogers expressed amusement at the media coverage, calling it "part of the joke." He urged fans and followers not to create unnecessary drama between them and Jamie Lee Curtis, clarifying, "Please don’t start something between us and Jamie Lee Curtis when there’s nothing there, you guys."
Rogers continued by emphasizing their appreciation for Curtis, saying, "That was the first time we were meeting, and she was being funny, and we were being funny back. She brought a lot of energy, and we’re grateful to her. We’re grateful to everyone. So, please, it’s not that serious; it’s the Culture Awards. I love you guys so much."
