For Austin Head, love didn't arrive through any ordinary route. It all started with a coming-out video from 'The Ellen Show.' Who would've guessed one clip would introduce him not just a story, but his future husband, Alex Clark? p>
Austin grew up in Gilgore, Texas, a small town with just 13,000 people. Accepting himself as a gay man was no easy feat. To navigate his internal battles, he threw himself wholeheartedly his career in fitness, making quite a name in Chicago's lively fitness scene. p>
Even with a packed schedule, Austin found comfort in countless coming-out videos online. "They showed me what was possible," he shares. "Watching those stories just lifted me up." p>
One late night, a video featuring Alex Clark, an 'Ellen Show' staff member, struck a chord with him. His story touched Austin deeply, compelling him reach out . p>
Summoning courage, Austin tracked down Alex on Instagram and sent a heartfelt message. "Just wanted you know your story really helped me," he wrote. "I'm just now starting accept who I am, and videos like yours make a huge difference." p>
In March 2020, just a week after Austin's message, lockdowns due COVID-19 shut down any plans meeting face-to-face. Despite being worlds apart, a unique bond formed as Alex transitioned work New York on 'The Drew Barry more Show.' p>
By November, their daily FaceTime calls had become a cherished routine. Their first meeting in person took place in December, right outside Alex's East Village apartment. It was as if they've known each other forever. By July, Austin packed up and moved New York be with Alex. p>

"That year was incredible," Austin marvels. "Getting engaged breaking records—it was amazing." p>
Their journey culminated in a stunning wedding at The River Cafe Brooklyn, surrounded by loved ones. They showed us love and perseverance can lead truly inspiring story.
