Position Overview

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and offering therapeutic support in a safe and affirming environment. The counselor will work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure comprehensive care for clients, participating in regular meetings and supervision sessions to discuss cases and improve service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual and group counseling sessions for clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Conduct initial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with ethical guidelines and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with other team members to provide holistic care and offer referrals to additional resources when needed.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Valid LPC license in Pennsylvania.
