The controversy centers on a Tumblr account called "JRDeux," which shares a name Reid used on platforms like Instagram and TikTok. After The Richmonder dropped a report on this in April, that account vanished from Tumblr, leaving everyone scratching their heads about its true story.

Senator Adam Ebbins chimed in too, slamming account's "racist and antisemitic online content." He voiced concerns about Reid's aptitude promoting inclusive values if he snagged election win.
