Hamish Steele, well-known as a creative force behind inclusive shows like *Dead End: Paranormal Park*, recently found himself in a troubling online storm. This backlash, primarily fueled by right-wing social media influencers, took aim at Steele due mainly due in part his inclusion and portrayal LGBTQ+ characters, especially a transgender lead named Barney.

After facing a deluge "scare" emails filled with homophobic and antisemitic slurs, Steele decided it was best announced on social media that he'd be lying keeping quiet in low profile near future. While he expressed gratitude appreciation towards those supporting him, he couldn't deny acknowledged how severe and intense these messages had become, prompting his temporary step-back.
