Determined not to let the moment slip away, Colman decided to return to the same Walgreens at the same time the following Sunday. But fate had another plan. As he perused Craigslist's "Missed Connections," contemplating posting an ad himself, he stumbled upon a message that took his breath away.
"As I'm reading through page two," he explained, "I saw, 'Saw you outside Walgreens, Berkeley.' He had posted an ad for me just two hours earlier. I was over the moon!"
Without hesitation, Colman reached out, and the two arranged to meet three days later. Their connection was immediate and profound, leading to an unforgettable evening together.
A Love Story for the Ages
During their time together, Colman found himself unable to sleep, overwhelmed by his feelings. "At 4 am, I turned to him and said, 'I think I love you and you're about to change my life.'" Their relationship flourished from that moment, and they have been inseparable ever since.
