Rutger published: Celebrating Bisexual Male Icons: 16 Trailblazers to Know

This Bisexual Visibility Day, falling on 23 September in 2025, we shine a light on male celebrities who proudly represent the "B" in "LGBTQ+". Often overlooked, bisexual men face unique challenges and misconceptions, such as being perceived as "confused" or experiencing societal pressure to conform to a binary understanding of sexuality.

Bisexuality is not simply a phase, nor does it enforce a gender binary. It is a genuine orientation characterized by attraction to more than one gender. Despite this, biphobia persists, and bisexual men frequently navigate the additional burden of patriarchal expectations regarding masculinity, which can dictate strict boundaries between straight and gay identities.
